nurse,
writer,
girl mom,
shrimp & grit obsessed.
Many, many years ago, in my high school yearbook, I shared a quote by Charles Spurgeon: "A good character is the best tombstone. Those who loved you, and were helped by you, will remember you when forget-me-nots have withered. Carve your name on hearts, not on marble." That sentiment has stayed with me ever since - through high school, college, graduate school, a fulfilling nursing career, and now into my entrepreneurial journey. No matter the path, my focus has always been on serving others. For the past nine years, that mission has centered on helping families bring new life into the world. Today, I continue that work while also expanding my focus to support aspiring authors - like myself - as they navigate the self-publishing world. Just as I've guided hundreds of families through life's most meaningful transitions, I now hope to do the same for writers. After all, your writing is your baby - let me help you bring it into the world.
Much love & light, -C
It's pretty good. It's exactly what I thought it would be...the way you relate the physical experience of drowning to the emotional was very well done.
